Mr J. 11. l'arkcr permitted our representative to see some beautiful rings yesterday, rings anyone wou'd be proud to possess. We learn Mr Parker imports the gems separately, and so saves 22 per cent. duty. This saving, with the 25 per cent, he now offers, should place good jewellery within the reach of all.
