CENTRAL SCHOOL COMMITTEE.
-■ -♦ The monthly meeting of the above whs held in the Town Hull, New Plymonth on Monday. Present: Messrs Jackson, Frothy, Outran, F. Okey, P. White, Kcvs. Woollcy and Osborne. Apology was made for the absence of Mr Collis (Chairman), and Mr Woollcy was appointed eh airman; Correspondence in connection with the visit of Stratford and other schools to New Plymouth on Ist February was read, and it was resolved that the chairman be appointed to make arrangements in connection therewith. The Taranaki Education Board nolilied payment of £32 10s Sid, capitation allowance for the quarter ending December A quantity of routine business relative to the school sanitary and other arrangements was transacted.
