CENSURED BY THE POPE. Received Hi, 12.23 a.m. Losdox, January 15, The "Daily Chronicle's" Rome corregpondent reports that the Pope censured a section of the French Episcopacy for omitting the Liturgical Prayer for the Republic. The Pope described the emmission as an exhibition of unchristian vindictiveucss.
