Fitzhei'liei'l. for plaintiffs. Mr R. C, Hughes v. Louis D. Callaghan (Palmerston North), claim ,C'2H ISs on a judgment summons ; an order by consent for payment of Ills monthly was made. Mr T. S. AYoston appeared for defendant.
