I'EE TIIESS ASSOCIATION. Dv.NKMN, January 8. The Dock Trust met to-day and received tenders for pumping machin. ery for the new dock, but, owing to the lateness of the San Francisco mail, it was decided to adjourn tenders ; for & week in order to allow agents of Homo manufacturers to prepare tenders, in accordance with advices received by mail. It was decided to amalgamate tho position of Secretary, Treasurer, Manager and Dock Master,.and to invite applications for the position. also for chief engineer, and foreman'' and a carpenter. All present employees are under monthly notice. A portion of the timber for the new coffer dam has come to hand, and construction, of the dam is proceeding satisfactorily. In a few weeks the works will bo 8 irried on night and day.
