! DIFFICULTIES SETTLED. Received 0, 8,45 p.m. Melbodhkx, January 6. Tlie now Commonwealth order of precedence lias received the Xing'i approval. The long standing difficulty oref ecclesiastical precedence is settled by no mention being made of eecleaiu* tics. The Naval Commander takes bis position after the State Governor*, but no provision is made for tho head of the military foroes, or for Consular representatives.
