E VTES OF PAY. Meljovbxe, January 4. There is an -uneasy feeling in shipping circles owing to the dissatisfaction of deck officers and stewards concerning the rates of pay. The Oreti lands 200 tons ot coal today (Friday) and sails for Westport. The lonic leaves Wellington at daylight on Saturday for London. The Moa left West port on Thursday with 120 tons of coal for New Plymouth. ■ , . The Jtotoiti crossed-the Manukau Bar at 1 p.m. on Thursday, and after loading 4500 boxes of batter and 240 cases of cheese from Fatea for the lonic, sailed for Wellington at an early hour this (Friday) morning.
