The wool offered was not, as a whole, up to the standard of quality of that s bmitted at the previous sale, some the clips being heavier in grease, ai the station clips were mostly fr , remoter stations and rougher country. Three-quarter-bred and cross-bred showed practically 110 change in prices, but were more keenly competed for I'ieces of all descriptions were very iirm, and in some cases sold as well as lleece wool. The buyers for the Home market took (he bulk of the wool offering, while a fair quantity jvas taken by the representatives of (he local woollen mills and speculators.
