PEll PKKSS ASSOCIATION. Wklhkoto.v, January 3. A Magisterial enquiry was held to-day into the collision betwoen the scows Rambler mid Jap in Cloudy Bay. The Court found tho accident was duo to want of judgment on the part of the captain of the Jap, but it was not a case in which his certificate should be dealt with. It, however, ordered the master of thelJap to pay £6 C's, costs of the enquiry.
