Received 29, 9 10 p.m. London, Docember 29. Sir Chas. Dilkio, when interviewed by a representative of tho Figaro, declared that Admiral Gervaise's recent report insisting on tho necessity of making the Now Hebrides a colony m law as well as in fact, was calculated to impair the entente.
