ATTENTION IS DIRECTED to the following Resolution of tlic New Plymouth Borough Council, passed on 27th of November, 1805 : That By-Law No. 10 (26) to prohibit persons from frequenting or using the Recreation and Racecourse Reserves in the Town of Now Plymouth for the purpose of Book-making, Betting, etc., be enforced at the Race Meetings to be hold by the Taranaki Jockey Club; and that every person committing a breach of the By-law be prosecuted ; and also that the Police Department be requested and authorised to aid in carrying the By-Law into effect; and also that the Taranaki Jockey Club be authorised and requested to give publicity to this resolution.
