RUSSIAN CIVIL WAR.
A REGIMENT TAKES CHARGE OF AFFAIRS. COSSACKS AND POLICE KEPEL AN ATTACK. St. Pktkbsbubg, December 17'. The Rostoff Grenadier Regiment at Moscow mutinied and freed prisoners. They also seized the arsenal, and took arms and ammunition, and then drew I a machine gau in front of the barracks. The Colonel of the regiment resigned, and a committee of twenty is now commanding it. Cossacks and police' nf Moscow repelled a railway men's attack upon the domiciles of members of the Black Hundred.
