The TaranaV'' Boxing Association championship meeting, which uiil he ■held at Stratford on Wednesday and Thursday next, promises to be a great success. The following will represent the Xew Plymouth Association in the several classes, and are all expected to give a good account of themselves : L liyan. T. Smith, W. Beadle, A. : aters, T. Bridges, and Cook. The New Plymouth contingent will be under tin- charge of Professors Toi hey and Sta l ,.loole, and a good few enthusiasts intend going with the team. It is so arranged' that they will only be! refjuirsd to be in the tiuals on Tin 'sdav night. ' |
