«.—.— PEB PBESS ASSOCIATION. Napier, December 11. Inquests were held to-day on the bodies of William McKee, who died in tho Hospital from injuries self-inflicted, und on James Waters, an inmato of the Old People's Home, who committod suieido by drowning. The verdict in each instance was ono of suicide whilo temporarily insane . AN OPEN VERDICT. Auckland, December 11. At the inquest on Pearl Lette, previously described as the wife of Frederick Bradclcy, it transpired thai deceased was the wife of Mr Lette, Customs officer at Hobart, and had left that town with Bradeley, against whom divorce proceedings had since been instituted byhor husband. Bradeley stated he met the woman at Hobart She was jealous, and accused him of inconstancy without cause. The jury returned an open verdict.
