THE LIBERAL CABINET. ADDITIONAL APPOINTMENTS, Eoceived 11, 9.19 p.m. London, December 11. Sir H. Campbcll-Banncrnian submitted the list of liis Cabinet to the King, with himself as Priino Minister and First Lord of the Treasury. The "Observer's" other appointments are correct. Additional appointments are : Lord President of tho Council.—Earl Crewe. Lord Privy Seal.—Lord EipOn. Secretary for Scotland.—Mr John Sinclair M.P. for Forfar. President of Board of Trade.—Mr Lloyd George. President Local Government Board. —Mr John Burns. President Board of Agriculture.— Lord Cawington. Prosidont Board of Education.—Mr Augustine Birrell, Postmaster General.— Mr Sydnoy Buxton. ; Chancellor of Duchy of Lancaster.— Sir H. H. Fowler. Secretary for Ireland.—Mr James Bryce.
OUTSIDE THE CABINET. Lord Lieutenant of Ireland.—Earl of Aberdeen. Lord Chancellor of Ireland.—Justice Walker. First Commissioner of Works.—Mr Louis Harcoi-t. PEESB COMMENTS ON THE SELECTION. A FAVOUEABLE VERDICT. ' Eeceived 11,10.59 p.m. Loudon, Decomber 11. The " Times "says that the inclusion of Mr Bryce and Lord Aberdcon shows that Homo Eule will be a vital factor, adding that the Ministry is feeble in the House of Lords. Tho "Daily News" and "Daily Chronicle" consider the Ministry is thoroughly representative jf all the best shades of Liberalism.
The " Morning Post" characterises the Cabinet as a judicious selection which doserves a fair chance.
The "Daily Express" and "Daily Mail " say that tho Ministry is calculated to impress the country favourably. The " Dai'y Telegraph" considers it contains all the ingredients of a strong Cabinet. The " Standard " says that little fault can be found with the disposition of the offices.
