The " Times "says that the inclusion of Mr Bryce and Lord Aberdcon shows that Homo Eule will be a vital factor, adding that the Ministry is feeble in the House of Lords. Tho "Daily News" and "Daily Chronicle" consider the Ministry is thoroughly representative jf all the best shades of Liberalism.

The " Morning Post" characterises the Cabinet as a judicious selection which doserves a fair chance.

The "Daily Express" and "Daily Mail " say that tho Ministry is calculated to impress the country favourably. The " Dai'y Telegraph" considers it contains all the ingredients of a strong Cabinet. The " Standard " says that little fault can be found with the disposition of the offices.
