The Daily Telegraph states that a woman belongiug to the revolutionary Fhlug Column, designed to spiead terrocalled-ift the Governor of Saratoff's residence and asked io sec General Sakhrrofli, fovmerly Minister of War, who was engajed at Saratoff in suppressing gvarian anots, and tranquiLsing the peasantry. The woman fired three shots from a revolver, killing General Sakharoff on the spot. The Fl) ing Column aims especially at the abol: ; ion of capital punishment, St. Pexebsbueo, December 7. M. Gouchkoff, M. Shipoff, and other Moscow Conservatives .support universal suffrage, believing it to be universally demanded. COSSACKS JOIN MUTINEERS. SITUATION VERY CRITICAL; DICTATORSHIP HOPELESS. Received Dee. 8, 1.20 a.m. St. Pj'temei'bg, Dec. 7. Some Cossacks joined the reeent mutineers at Kieff. The gunners and sappers at St. Petersburg a - e discounted, and the garrison is ripe for mut'iiy. Several mutinies have occurred in the Warsaw and Vi.'ua districts.
