SUPREME COURT.
AN ACQUITTAL. FBB PBB9S ASSOCIATION. Auckland, Dec. 5. The trial of Win. Bcid, fisherman, who pleaded not guilty iu the Supreme Court to a charge of having attempted on August 13th to murder Mary Kate Donovan, and to alternative count of having done her actual bodily harm, was concluded to-day. After a brief retirement the jury returned a verdict of " not guilty," and accused was discharged.
