It is expected that Sir Henry Camp-bcH-Bannenmin -will ftecept office and go to the country in January, "The Times" s#ys that Lord Rosebery's attitude, E«rl Spencer's illness and the Marquis of Kiptm's age will render it possible that Sir Henry Campbell-Bannerinan may go to the House of Lords, with the Rt, Hon. H. Asquitli leading the House of Commons. Mr John Redmond, speaking n( Waterfowl, declared that no English statesman was able to displace Home Rule as the great Imperial question of the hour. Its solution would not mean a scheme .>f revolution, but an Irish Parliament w ''i s responsible executiTe.
