Customs Duties. (Received Dec. 1, 10.51 p,m.) . CAPE 1 OWN, Dee. 1. The Imperial Congress Union at Queenstown, Cape Colony, approval the South African Cnstrms Union and free [trade within the Union. ' They urged the introduction of raw material on the lowest possible duties, and the non-admission of articles manufactured ihcrefrom at lowered duties. They also advocated the ve-impt>ition of meat duties.
