The union of railway-men of Russia have resolved to strike at the first sign of mobilisation of the troops. The police at Gnxli.o struck. The Governordi.-mksal them ari l appliel to St. Petersburg for troops to replace them. Reported Fitting at Sevastopol. Several Yessels Damaged. Lieut Schmidt Wounded lutiooos Vessels Surrendered. Report Lacks Conflnnation. (Received Nov. 30, 10.10 pm.) LOXbON, Nov 80. The Standard's St. Petersburg correspondent repoi-ts that according to a telegram, attributed to Admiral Chukhuin, Lieut. Schmidt opened fire with the Otchakuff and Kniaz at 3 in the afternoon. The South forts, a portion of the Black Sea squadron, and a portion of the coast artillery responded. The north forts helped the muti-' neers. The sailors at the barracks went into the streets and opened fire on the infantry and a Maxim company. The battle lusted 2| hoars. The Otchakoff was pierced and burst into flames. The cruiser Dniepier, another vessel, and several torpedoes were sunk. The Kniaz l'oteinkin wfts badly hit, having several holes in her sides." Lieut, Schmidt was mortally wounded and surrendered the mutinous vessel. The Noith forts were taken at the point of the bayonet by the Brest and Biolvstol; regiments. Half the town wds demolished. Admiral Wirenus asserts that no such message has been received, but the editor of the Slovo asserts he saw Admiral Chnkhuin's telegram at the Admiralty. A grave mutiny has begun at Libm
