(Received Nov. 25,8.30 p.m.) BIELDOURNB, Nov. 25. After a splendid struggle lasting 2 i hours, Heath beat Curtis, thus winning the championship. The wore was i -6, 6 3. G i, 6 4. (Received Nov. 27,1.7 a.m.) MELBOURNE, Nov. 26. In the ladies' singles, Miss Gyton, after defeating Miss Powdrell, defeated Miss Wilmot in the final-G-1, 6 1. The gentlemen's doubles was a dingdong struggle for over three hours. It was won by Satcliell and Lycett, 3 set* 80 game*!, to Barnard aud Spence's 2 sets 28 games. The closeness of the contest was evidenced by the fact that Barnard and Spence scored 203 to their opponents' 202 points. The final mixed doublets was postponed until Manday, Lycett being too exhausted for further play.
