Harrop, Victoria, finished second, but was disqualified. Mile Flat Chanvpionsnip.—Whealley, Victoria, 1 ; Burk, New Zealand, 2 ; Steel, Victoria 3. The race culminated in a fine struggle between Wheatley and Burk, the former crossing the line, with a couple of feet advantage. Time, lmin 23scc, which constitutes a record for New South Vt ales running. High Jump.—Frawley, Queensland, and Welch, New South Wales, tied at, sft/ GAin. The tie will 1;? decided on Monday.
