(Per I'r.-v, Assignation; NAI'IEU, Nov. H. Mr Tom W.itenvorth, who for many years lias been borough overseer of works, died to day of heart disease. , The deceased wan al-o inspector of Hie brigade*. He was an old resident of Kapier, and was at one time president of the Working Men'.-. Club. lie leaves a widow and grown-up family.
