VKRDICT FOR DEFENDANT. (IVr I'ress Association.) AUCKLAND, Oct. 31. In the claim by Eugene lMlse against Dr. S. A. Hull, for £3OO damages for an alleged wrong diagnosis of his adopted sou's illness, a verdict) was given 011 the merits of the case for the defendant, with costs. Tho Magistrate expressed his opinion that tlure had been no negligence, and that, the matter had apparently been preying on plaintiff's mind.
