At many dinners in honour of the occasion, the : toas( of "The Victory's Officers'' was drunk in silence, also that of "Those who fell in 1805, friend or foe ; " The Marseillaise was received with cheers at Capetown. Admirals Seymour anil Nathan were the guests at a Uriiishcrs'dinner at Boston.
