TRAFALGAR CENTENARY CELEBRATIONS
DUN'EDIN, Oct. 19. j The Navy League'j celebration of the Trafalgar Ccntcn a ry took place in the evening, when the Garrison Hall .was crowded, the Mayor presiding, t Patriotic speeches were delivered, and the prt7.es won in connection; with! the League's naval history examination at the public schools presented. The whole function was successful, and there was much enthusiasm. CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 20. The Trafalgar Day celebrations were held in fine, but dull, Weather. They consisted of a demonstration at liasley Park by the volunteers and cadets, who saluted the flag and performed manoeuvres, and a successful concert in the evening. The celebrations were under the auspices of the Wavy League. \ NELSON, Oct. 21. The Trafalgar celebrations were a great succw-s. After this a review of troops took place, artillery, mounted, and infantry to the number of G'.W takingl part, and the Coventor -highly complimented them on 'their s-plendkl muster and good work.
