He accepts the theory that the luminosity is a manifestation if phosphorous and akin in origin to the glow seen on fish. The rabbi advises that such mutton should not be hunjr, but eatui fresh, as fish is. Willi Hie observance of that camion he thinks "shiny" mutton perfectly safe and wholesome.
