The Sensational ReycltUons London, October 9. Lc Matin's revelations caused a profound sensation in France and created a revulsion in M. IVlcasse's favour. The Times says the statement was inopportune, and will probably envenom passions which aro already too inflamed. The English press do not credit that England voluntarily gave France a verbal assurance of specific action in the event oi war. Paris, October 9. Prominent members of the Opposition and leading Parisian editors were invited to a secret dinner at M. Blanco's to meet llaron de Bosen, the German Ambassador, j SovernJ declined, and others attending indicated unwillingness to be placated on Germany's terms.
