CONSTABLE FINED FOR DRUNKENNESS
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, Oet, 10. I'ulmk Cotter, a police constable, was lined 10s and costs for drunkenness. He was seen drunk iu tho street on the evening of the day on which the Police Commission concluded its Auckland sittings. Cotter denied the statement of the prosecution, but called no witnesses.
