Justice Boyd has bound John O'Donncll, of the House of Commons, to keep the peace in connection with a violent speech he made at Irishtown on Sept. 3, preceding the forcible reoccupation by Slattery of an evicted holding; i„ default to' go to prison for three months. O'Donnell proposes to go lo gaol.
