Boers Plotiing Against Tiicm (Received Oct. i, 0.15 !>•») . BERLIN, Oct. 4. The Berlin press give prominence to the report of g startling conspiracy organised by the Boers who are settlers in German South-west Africa, to raid the colony and steal all Hie horses and cattle, and then join the natives, expelling the Germans. Andiies Dewet, nephew of General Dewet, has been arrested at Windhoek as the ringleader, with a number of suspected persons. A quantity of army ammunition was seized. DETAILS OF PLOT, (Received Oct. 4, 10.22 p.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 4. It is alleged the conspirators intended to surprise Windhoek, release the Boers imprisoned in the gaols, and afterwards join the Witbois tribesmen on Bcchuanaland frontier. Another party was to go east and persuade the Basutos to join in the plot. The Boers arrested formerly belonged to the national scouts, and were in the British service. A numi ber of Boers at Windhoek disclaimed; association in tiro plot.
