The Federal authorities have no knowledge of the arrangement antounced that Sir Joseph Ward has c, practically fixed for the establishment' of wireless telegraphy between New Zealand and Australia. The only letter received by the Government on the matter is one from Shoemaker and Company, oflerinn to establish a connfction on certain term*.
