(Received Sept. 28, 0.56 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 27. Dr. Otake, a director of the Sengu woollen mills at Tokio, is at present in Sydney. He states that Japan is likely in the near future to toe the ->st customer of Australia in the matter of wool. Japan used to buy in London, but lately has been making most of her purchases in Australia. Japan has ajso been trying Indian and Chinese wooLs, but these arc* of poor quality, and no doubt will be replaced by Australian wool.
