URGE GARRISON AT BAKU
Ho Sobsidesce of Barest St. PETERSBURG, Sent. 26. There arc eleven thousand troops with three batteries of garrison artillery at Baku. The unrest in Russia! is not subsiding. There are daily collisions with the police, whose brutality is extreme. A bonli thrown at Kovno yesterday wounded three women and four policemen, including the chief of police. The thrower escaped.
