Cr. Brooking, wlio presided in the absence of the Mayor through indisposition, referred to the able services cf Cr. Wilson in borough matters, and felicitously voiced the high esteem in which lie was held by one and all with whom he came into eontact. On'behalf of the Council, he wished Cr. Wilson and his bride-elect! long liic, happiness and prosperity. Cr. Kwing, the Town Clerk and other speakers endorsed the cordial feelings of friendship entertained towards the recipient. Cr.
