STEAMER ASHORE NEAR THAMES. THAMES, Sept. 22. The steamer Falcon, plying beewecn Thames ami Coromandel, and the property of the Northern Steamship Company, went ashore while entering a stream, half-way between the points named. A gale was blowing and a heavy sea was-cn in the Gulf. The passengers were landed safely. It isljelievcd the vessel is not damaged, and should be floated oft when the weather abates.
