It* is officially reported that during Gvnocal Trotho's sweeping movement the WithAJoois waded the columns,surprising- a long convoy and practically annihilated tlw -escort, capturing 10, W)0 cattle, 1122 wagons, some laden with ammunition, and a nuurbei* of rifles.
