BOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. _ The House met at 2.30 p.m. ■ r The whole afternoon was occupkd In discussing the non-production to ibe Committee o( certain Hooks and papers relating to State Coal Mines. The House resumed at 7.30 p.m. Hie Statutes Repeal Dill and the Fisheries Conservation Hill were . read a second time. The Stamp Act Anwmfcnent , Bill was put through all its stages. Mr Scddun moved the second reading oC.the. Workers* Dwellings Bill. Ha said his estimate of the cost of f Mines under the Bill would provide Very tajnfortablo homes indeed. He anticipated there wouhl he opposition raised to tho proposal to allow .workers to secure the IraAoM, tout .that was a committee objection. Mr Massey beiievwi it would tje very much better to ifive workers a chance of choosing a section wherever they pleased, and that the State should i advance thu money on rates.
