Alleged Murder for Gain lUUSIIAXK, Sept. 20, I*. Lcraux, a .solicitor, ami a prominent Labour supporter, was charged at Cairns with the munlcr of lVtcr Lunibvrg. Accused's wife was sole benvficiare under Lumbt-rg's will, which was made three weeks prior to Lumberg's death. The evidence is purely circumstantial.
