The walls of tlip Southern quays at Antwerp bulged a foot and a half ow* >ng to a subsidence 1450 feet long, The water mains burst and 'burled the cranes on the railway. There are 2000 workmen, feverishly trying to repair the damage, and nre, vent a further collapse.
