Further Details • ■ o a Series af Explosions 1 Lurid aid Heutrendiig Scene (Received Sept. 15, 10.08 p.ni:) TOKIO.Sept. 15^ When it became evident that the Mikasa was sinking, she was towed landward, and now lies on an even keel in six fathoms of water. It is known that 200 have perished, LONDON, Sept. 15. The Daily Telegraph's Tokio correspondent wires that there was a .series of explosions, some being like the simultaneous reports of many heavy guns, while others were dull and uiufi fled. After the first series of reports a vast shcciiof Dame mvelopcd the ship. The moonlight was perfect, while searchlights from the ships and tho shore, together with the glare from the fire, disclosed a heartrending spectacle.
There were many heroic incidents.
