North Taranaki Cricket Association.

'ANNUAL MEETING. The annual general meeting of the North Taranaki Cricket Association was held at the Council Chambers on Thursday evening-. The chair was saken by Mi Cromhie ilnglewood), the other clubs being represented as follows Messrs Clegg (Urentii),, Steeds (Waitara), Whittle (New Plymouth), Perbam (Carrington Road). Of the Snturduy Clubs Mr Ward represented the High School, ami Mr F. Robertson the Sash and Door Company. The West End Club was unrepresented.

The Association was numerically stronger by the inclusion of four teams playing on Saturdays. New, Plymouth had dropped a senior team i and Waitara a junior team. During the season North Taianaki played their first representative) match, and the committee were also pleased to report that, thanks to the eft'oris ot Mr Whittle, the Association had now, in the Robertson trophy, a very tine challenge cup lor senior competition.
