Berthage Charge on Passengers.
HARBOUR BOARD'S BY-LAW DISALLOWED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Sept, 14. The Governor-in-Council hag disallowed the by-law adopted by the New Plymouth Harbour Board on Aug, 18, prescribing a berthage charge of 2s each on passengers landed or embarked.
