Isisianoff, a Caucasian lamkd proprietor, has been assassinated. Tartars desecrated the church at Baku, and stole the sacred vessels, and riddled with bullets an ikon of the Virgin.
FURTIIEK MASSACRES. (Received Sept. l.'l, 9.45 p.m.) St. PETEUSBWKJ, Sept. 13. In a light between Socialists and Cossacks at Tiflis, thirty of the firmer were killed mid fifty wounded. Tartars at Minking, in" the Caucasus, massacred 300 Armenians. There is no truce between the Tartars and Armenians at Baku, but less fighting has taken place.
