The Chinese Stowaways.
(Ueceuw Sept. 11. 0.20 a.m.) HIUSUAXK, Sept. 13. The representative of ihe Sydney Chinese who was sent to German New Guinea, to imjtiim as to the Chln-i esc stowaways, has returned. lie reports that the Governor agreed to release the men oil payment of 0000 marks,and fourpence a day for their keep. A wealthy Chinese resident has found the money.
The delegate complains bitterly ol the way the men ltad been treated sixteen being in hospital.
