Popularising the Army.
A NOVEL I'LAX. (Received Sept. 13, 10. JJ p.m.) LONDON', Sept. 13. With the view of raising the military service in the public estimation, Sir Frederick Mntirice suggests that a spell of military training ought to be a preliminary condition for all physical kiixls of public employment, such as the police, post office, and thy various branches of the civil service.
