Mr Brownlio is still in possession of all his mental and physical faculties, and can still take an interest in newspapers, and reads them without glasses, (which is more than many younger men can do), and as an occasional relaxation may be seen sawing or cutting up firewood. She was widely Known for acts cf charity. Mr Major, M.il.K., for Ifawcra, is a nephew of deceased, and she had relatives in Victoria.—N.Z Herald.
