DUNEDIN, Sept. 11.At a meeting of the Rugby Union Committee a letter was received from the Canterbury Union, enclosing "S resolution passed as to whether a proposal to remove the headquarters ijf the New Zealaad Union from Wellington would bo supported. Some members thought it would be better to do nway with the New?, Zealand Union altogether, while others thought that now it had been established they should pull together. The general opinion was that the headquarters should bo movable with a tenure of three or five years in each centre. As it was not quite clear whether the Canterbury Union desired tho removal permanently or temporarily, it was resolved to ask for further information and to placa the macter before the annual meeting;
