The Anglo-Japanese Treaty
Details to to Pablisbed (Ilcceivcd Sept. 11, 11.41 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 11. The Marquess of Londonderry, Lord rrcsident of the Council, speaking at Stockton-on-Tees, announced that the details of the Anglo-Japau-?so treaty would shortly be published.

The Marquis Yamaga-ta, cxPrimo Minister, when interviewed, said that had the war continued the loss of life and treasure would not have been compensated by results. An adequate repayment was hopeless.
The Marquis said he was absolutory certain that Harbin could have been captured, ami no apprehension on- that score had «hc slightest influence on the Government's decision. It is reported here that Generals Nogi and Nodzu have resigned.
