Unfortunate Russian Officers.
Defeated, Disgraced, ud Dismissed. (Received Sept, 7, 9.25 p.m.) St. PETERSBURG, Sept. 7. Admiral Niebogatolt, and the captains of;the warships Imperator Nicolas, the Admiral Zeniairuc and the General Admiral Prazin have bee.! deprived of their rank and dismissal the service. All officers who surrendered at the battle of Tsushima will be court-martialled.
